NEW! During this pandemic, Ancestry® has made it possible for library card holders to access Ancestry® Library Edition from home! (Previously, you could only access from within our Branches). They have generously extended this special service through Friday, July 31, 2020. Follow these steps:
1. Login to your library card account
2. After logging in, click the blue link that says "Ancestry Library" to go to the Ancestry® Library Edition where you can search genealogical records.

Driving-Tests.org Thanks to a partnership with Driving-Tests.org, White Oak Library District is proud to offer free online test prep for students preparing for their Illinois driving tests! No library card number or personal information is needed. This resource is also great for anyone looking to brush up on their knowledge of Illinois’ traffic laws. The site includes tests for car, motorcycle, and CDL, as well as, handbooks for each area. A helpful FAQ section addresses questions residents might have about visiting their local DMV.
