Get a Museum Pass
With Museum Adventure Pass, you can visit many Illinois museums for free or at a discounted rate! Stop at the Circulation Desk at any White Oak Branch to check out a pass using your White Oak Library District library card. Cardholders must be 18 years of age or older, reside in the White Oak Library District, and have a library card in good standing. Passes are first-come, first-served as we have a limited number of passes for each participating organization. Passes cannot be reserved or checked out by phone.
One Museum Adventure Pass may be checked out per household per seven days. The pass will expire seven days after the date printed on the pass. Passes are for one-time use and are not transferable. Your name will be printed on the pass, and you may be asked to show identification at the museum. The museum will collect the pass when you visit.

Explore More Illinois offers free passes, discounted admission and other incentives from cultural attractions in Illinois, such as museums, cultural centers, zoos, aquariums, gardens, historical societies and more.
Offers must be reserved online from the Explore More Illinois website with your library card before redeeming. You can have two active reservations per library card, and once a reservation is used or expires, you can make another. This service is separate from Museum Adventure Pass, so redeeming a offer from Explore More Illinois won’t stop you from getting a pass from Museum Adventure.

Offers vary per attraction and from month to month. If admission to the museum is free, another special discount will be offered.
We've partnered with the Illinois Philharmonic Orchestra (IPO) to offer free tickets to their 2023–2024 season performances. White Oak Library District library cardholders in good standing can check out one concert pass redeemable for two tickets (student and/or adult) at the IPO box office. Simply stop by our Circulation Desk to pick up a concert pass today!
Please note: IPO kindly requests that a patron household reserve a pass no more than twice per concert season. Passes are first-come, first-served, while supplies last, and cannot be placed on hold.
