Strategic Plan
The White Oak Library District's Strategic Plan is a living document that guides our planning for future programs and services. The first iteration of this plan was created in the Fall of 2014 and adopted by the Board of Trustees in early 2015.This plan will be updated annually to insure that it always looks forward five years.
