Strategic Plan

The White Oak Library District's Strategic Plan is a living document that guides our planning for future programs and services. The first iteration of this plan was created in the Fall of 2014 and then completely updated in the Spring of 2024. 

This plan will be updated annually to insure that it always looks forward five years.  

The Board of Trustees and Staff of the library District are thankful to all of the public participants in our Strategic Planning Processes over the years.
